🌿 Soul Harmony | FAQ
“Questions are sacred, too.”
“What if I don’t know which session to book?”
That’s totally okay. Many people come in knowing they want healing, but not knowing where to start.
You can book a 30-minute intro call, or simply choose the session that most speaks to your heart right now. Trust that your soul will guide you to what it needs.
“What if I get emotional or cry during the session?”
Then you’re right on time. Emotions are energy moving. This space is safe for anything that rises up—grief, laughter, numbness, tears, silence. All of it is sacred. Nothing needs to be hidden or apologized for.
“Can I message you after my session?”
Yes—absolutely. You’re welcome to send a short message to share what came up, ask a follow-up question, or let me know how you’re feeling. If you need deeper support or integration, I may suggest a follow-up session, but you are never bothering me by reaching out. This work doesn’t end when the call ends—and neither does my care.
“Will I remember everything that happens in my session?”
Sessions including hypnotherapy, it’s not always the case—and that’s okay. Sometimes your conscious mind steps back to let your soul lead. What’s important will stay with you. Also, I write down everything during those sessions. For example, if you book a past life regression, we will talk about everything said, and everything discovered. I will email you the notes as well, for you to look back on.
“What if I don’t feel anything at all?”
Every person’s experience is different. Sometimes the most powerful work is subtle, quiet, or delayed. Just because you didn’t feel fireworks doesn’t mean something didn’t shift. You may notice the changes unfold in your dreams, your body, or your choices in the days that follow.
“Do I need to believe in past lives or energy work for it to work?”
Not at all. Curiosity is enough. Whether you see this as metaphor, memory, or mystery—what matters is how it moves you, what it reveals, and how it supports your healing. Your intention and openness are what make the work meaningful.
“Is this therapy?”
Yes and no, some sessions are therapy-based, and some are soul-based. I blend therapeutic training with spiritual guidance to meet you exactly where you are. This is not a medical service—it’s a sacred collaboration for healing, remembering, and becoming whole.
“How often should I book sessions?”
That depends on what you’re working through. Some clients come weekly or biweekly when deep in the healing spiral. Others return every few months when something new surfaces. We’ll tune in together to what pace your system needs.
“What if I still feel heavy after my session?”
Sometimes energy continues clearing for hours—or even days—after our work. That’s part of the integration. Rest, hydrate, and use the aftercare tools provided. And remember, heavy doesn’t mean wrong. It means the soul is still processing.
“Can I work with you long-term?”
Yes. Many clients work with me across seasons or years, building deep trust and layers of healing. Others come for a single session that shifts everything. There’s no pressure—just presence.
What to Do Before Your Session
“Arrive as you are. That’s always enough.”
Create a quiet, comfortable space
Have water nearby and a journal if you'd like
Set an intention (even something simple like, “I’m open”)
Wear something cozy, and allow time afterward to reflect—don’t rush back to your day
Know that any emotion, resistance, or uncertainty that comes up before is valid—it’s part of the process
What to Do After Your Session
“Healing continues long after we say goodbye.”
Hydrate well—water helps process energetic shifts
Give yourself permission to rest, cry, sleep, or journal
Light movement, nature time, or warmth (like tea or a bath) can support your integration
If you feel foggy, emotional, or quiet—it’s normal. Don’t try to “figure it all out”
Use your grounding tools (touch, breath, scent, sound)
Revisit what came up over the next few days—patterns may rise gently
You’re always welcome to reach out if something feels heavy or unclear
